[CKAN-support] update the About page

Hi Adria

Thanks for this

I've updated that page, and sent a PR.

Now that you have redirected it, the query about the top navigation isnt
relevant

I think we are pretty close to getting the recent changes to live now. 
Ben raised a ticket about a potential vulnerability, but I understand
that isn't specific to our staging site - more CKAN core
