Any idea how to fix this>?

Nigel,
I’m having issues with the metadata on the system. In the “additional information” screen it’s only allowing 3 custom fields, whereas before additional fields were added when the previous ones were populated. The only way to get additional fields seems to be to come out of the upload and go back in again, which is a pretty laborious task. I’ve added a screenshot below.
Again, if this can be sorted ASAP, that would be great.

Hi Jon,
I've reset the password to the original password. I see that you've updated your username. Perhaps you accidentally changed your password then? In the future you can use the reset password <http://barnet.staging.ckanhosted.com/user/reset> link to reset your password.

I appear to be locked out of the system on both the “barnet” and “jon” user profiles. Any chance of this being fixed ASAP. We have an urgent need to upload datasets before I go on leave.

We've done some more digging, and it looks as though there are "Illegal characters" in the resource name. Could you let us know what you're trying?
I'm wondering if it's something strange in a copy/paste operation? We're seeing "Illegal character ((CTRL-CHAR, code 11))", which I think is a vertical tabulation mark.

I've heard back from the support team, and the unavailability was caused by us setting up another staging site, unfortunately, around about the same time that you were trying to upload things. That's now been put into service, so all should be stable (staging sites are just that; usually, changes are unnoticeable as others come into service / go out of service, but every now and then, these things crop up).
Once the site goes into production, these issues shouldn't become an issue.
All should be good for you to upload datasets to staging now. If we have an 'OK' from you, we'll provision the production environment -- I've gone through the usual tests, and can't see any more gotchas/snags.

Hi Adam,
I've attached a screenshot of the result when I just tried to upload the attached datasets. Alternatively, this can throw up a "Bad Gateway" or gateway time out message.
I'd greatly appreciate it if you would provide an estimate of when you expect this to be fixed. We really need to get started uploading data ASAP.

The file-size is about 151kb, so not large in that sense. About 950 lines of data, if this is an issue.
