[datacatalogs] Bug report: Forgot password returns relative path

Using The forgotten password functionality, you get an email like:



Dear NAME,

You have requested your password on datacatalogs.org to be reset.

Please click the following link to confirm this request:

   /user/reset/XXXXX?key=XXXX
