[datacatalogs] The Data Hub - 404 error

I'd be happy to help out - but spam needs to be controlled first. There should at least be a CAPTCHA on registration and there should not be anonymous edits.

As I identified earlier, (judging by the system's behavior) the view correctly renders the page for the latest approved version, but the router uses the latest version (regardless of whether or not it's approved). The view renders href attributes based on the latest *approved* version. This means that when a spambot edits a page and changes the URL field, you end up with dead links all over the place.

To fix this issue, there is no need for an overhaul. Just add a CAPTCHA and block all anonymous edits. Before re-enabling anonymous edits, fix the issue with how the router works.

I created a pull request six months ago to improve the UX of the catalog form because another curator couldn't make heads or tails of some of the fields. That doesn't inspire me to create a pull request to fix the routing bugs, etc.

Cheers,

James
