[datacatalogs] Adding lots of new data portals

Hi Ton,

Thanks for cleaning up the additions, I was pretty sure none of them were
there - so glad you noted this, so we avoid redundancy. And yes, it does seems
the search function does not always yield the results one would expect
then. I'll make sure the search more thoroughly and with more strings from
now on.

Additionally, I've added
http://data.stadt-zuerich.ch/content/portal/de/index/ogd/daten.html - thank
for the tip, Daniel.
