ProPublica's Pair Programming Project has opened the application process
for 2013. Some details from the project website below:

*P5 invites newsroom developers (as well as code-knowledgable CAR reporters
and graphics editors) to come work with us for 3-5 days, either on a
project they've been working on, or on a project of ours.*
