[ddj] New in LA NACION DATA: statement of assets public servants compared using Ruby + Documentcloud

Hi everyone, some ddj news from Argentina:

Presenting a comparison of the statements of Assets declared by our 24 Executive Power main Public Servants of Cristina Kirchner´s government in Argentina, LA NACION DATA used Ruby and DocumentCloud to publish the original documents scanned by our team.

We made the FOIA requests , received the Statements in paper, designed a model to enter by hand all detailed data in a normalized data model that allows us to scale in the future with more statements of the same or different powers .

The comparison is between their declaration as they assumed and the last one presented (from 2011).

We scanned the statements, and uploaded them to DocumentCloud (in the VER ORIGINAL are the links).
