[ddj] 5811 datasets in beta EU data portal

I did it, this is where the figures I'm providing come from : I
crawled the catalogue, since the CKAN API doesn't seen accessible to
do the appropriate query.
I have the exact results at home but they are approximately what I
gave yesterday : 100 CC-BY, 70 EU Legal notice, 5640 Eurostat
