[ddj] Fake ‘death certificates’ in names of Minister, MLA - one more reason why I don't trust the governments in India to keep (my) data safe

I have no idea why governments in India don't bother about data security or
privacy. I hope more such incidents happen and are made public so that
finally (hopefully) some action is taken
