[ddj] Good deduping library in fortran?

Is there any reason it has to be in a specific language? 

csvdedupe (http://source.mozillaopennews.org/en-US/articles/introducing-cvsdedupe/) runs from the command line, so you should be able to integrate it into a workflow with a shell script.
