[ddj] A new way to curate YouTube videos

Hello, all.

I've been developing a website called http://www.stepup.io , an app that
lets you cut YouTube videos into bite-sized steps.

I initially thought this is good for online learning, but now thinks it's
good way to curate interesting moments from lengthy (anything longer than
30 sec) videos, so wrote a blog post.

I would appreciate if you can give me your opinion of whether this can be
used as one of data journalism toolset.
