[ddj] Lessons learned from latam #ddj through HacksLabs

Dear colleagues,

The last three years we've been working on datajournalism project through
Latin America HacksLabs, datajournalism acceleration program
<http://hackslabs.org>, helping to seed #ddj efforts with support of
different donors from Knight Foundation, World Bank, Hivos, Avina, etc. I
