You could try and ping the Mozilla Journalism mailing list, https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/community-mojo <https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/community-mojo> 

It’s not the the most active place on the web, but has a lot of (CMS-)smart people on it.
