I'm very excited to be able to announce that we are looking to hire
someone to work on equipment.data.ac.uk

The job spec. has been carefully written, as we know we are unlikely to get
someone already an expect in all the skills we need. What we need is
someone who can code already, but also able to learn new skills and deal
with people from lots of different organisations and skill levels.

We work for the central university IT department, but are "embedded" in the
Web and Internet Science research group, providing some cross over between
our research and our infrastructure. This is a fixed term post due to the
way it's funded, but the experience in national scale open data should help
launch or progress a career in technical innovation.

If you know someone who would be good; please point them in our direction.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.
