[datahub-discuss] Update of CKANClient-J

I have updated an earlier version of CKANClient-J (Java client) to:

* support mvn and pom.xml
* support the "owner_org" field

This is at: https://bitbucket.org/petermr/ckanclient/

I am happy for this to be remerged with any trunk. It would also be a good
idea to put it on Maven central.
