Hello all

I noticed yesterday that DataHub has a fairly serious spambot submission issue, so am volunteering to help with manual cleanup.

I may be starting a CKAN-type open data project soon, so happy to contribute to DataHub in a 'ticket triage and documentation' kind of way if needed.  Sadly, I'm not a developer so can't be more handy.
