i've been enjoying this Peter Weiss paper on public sector information
pricing, particularly as regards geodata. It is very long. There is a

I occasionally wonder about the whole membership driven body /
coordination of single issue groups / umbrella positions type thing,
and it still drives me a little bonkers, and i still want to help fix.
