Ahoy,

Not that I can see. One person replied suggesting that there was sufficiently 
wide and representative participation already. A response from you contesting 
that might be worth the five minutes it would take to compose ;)

I can't see how it could ever really represent the interests of the whole of 
society unless they spend a lot of time, effort and money on bringing in 
everyone from school art teachers and community arts clubs to random shoppers 
in HMV, TV executives and music industry bods. So instead they get the 
industry types together to knock heads and pretend their agenda is 
democratic.

Ho hum.
