[drn-discuss] UKPO consultations

As this seems to be a good place to flag up issues of
mutual concern I wanted to highlight some of the UKPOs
upcoming 'consultations'. 

There seem to be a slew of them, due perhaps to the
re-election of the government, the EU presidency, and
that we're now in Blairs last run. Noticeably the last
two aren't specifically asking for public feedback.
