[ECODP-dev] Feedback on RDF work

Hi Darwin,

I have sent most of my comments on this topic yesterday and last week.

One last test I did was the rdf2ckan upload test.
There I have a major issue a closer eye should be taken at: for any dataset
uploaded via RDF2CKAN there is a  catalog record to be added to the RDF.
I observed that it has happened the first time, but when I reupload this a
second time the record is not anymore there.
Also I tried to test if the catalog record is being updated (a new
modification timestamp), but to test that I need 2 days as the granularity
of the modification time is days.

Related to this we need a process to create the catalog record on all RDF's
on an existing database.
