[ECODP-dev] Feedback on RDF work

Hi Darwin,

this mail is to confim the issue of not existing catalog records on
updating datasets.
I rerun the load and saw an update in the catalog record on the web
interface, but this change is not reflected in the RDF as the RDF does not
contain the genereated CKAN catalogue record.
