[ECODP-dev] New designs for the portal

Hi Bert and Bastiaan,

If we're going to implement the new design we'll need a design for each of
the main sections within CKAN please. It would also be very useful to have
the CSS and HTML to work from together with the finalised designs.

At the moment we don't have a design for
* The dataset page e.g.

* The resource page e.g.
http://open-data.europa.eu/open-data/data/dataset/6GiINACEiEYnHACN1CMuWA/resource/054a6e94-33ff-4c70-975b-4f19ad7955a3
* History page e.g.
http://open-data.europa.eu/open-data/data/dataset/6GiINACEiEYnHACN1CMuWA/resource/054a6e94-33ff-4c70-975b-4f19ad7955a3

Please can you ask the PO for these pages ASAP.
