[ECODP-dev] New designs for the portal

Dear Darwin,

Konstantin, TenForce designer, is creating HTML and CSS for Drupal. As you
understand the idea is that they should be "automagically" transferred to
CKAN. You can discuss this in more detail with Bert tomorrow, since he is
on holiday today.

Are there things that Konstantin can already take into account? If yes, do
you have some references to CKAN doc?
