[ECODP-dev] evaluation new ODP site

 Hi Darwin, John and David,

We had today a testing experiment with 2 people (Natasa & Karel) to
evaluate the new design & the functionality. The report is found here:

They spotted a main regression at the web interface for the data
publishers: namely they cannot add/create datasets. E.g. the user
thepublisher/acp1 is a normal publisher but cannot add data ... Only when
this problem is fixed, the remaining part of the website can be tested.
