[ECODP-dev] Testing of EU ODP CKAN area

Hi Agnieszka,

I just wanted to let you know that one issue we found in testing is that
there isn't currently an obvious link for publishers to the add a dataset
form. (they need to navigate to their publisher first and their is a link
from there)

This is on our list and we will look at adding a more obvious link next
week if time permits.
