[ECODP-dev] rdf2ckan json create statement

Hi Bert,

You can use the name field in the JOSN object which will be used for the
URL. You can put anything you like in this as long as it's unique. You'll
get an error if you try to use a duplicate.

I'm not sure if this will affect your update process which may be using the
ID.
