[ECODP-dev] first evaluation of the jira tickets

Hi all,

I went through the open jira tickets of ODP. This worksheet provides a
first overview.
The columns AJ-AM are the once I added.

I want to distribute you already this list so that everyone is aware
of the current work identified in Jira  (which is only part of our
work).
Some trends:
  * documentation & information sharing should be improved. Many
tickets have to do with this.
  * there are some areas where TF/OKF should create a common plan:
       - UI harmonisation
       - enabling UI management by PO
       - URL harmonisation
