[ECODP-dev] json request fails for unkown reason

Hi John,

On odp.tenforce.com we have tried to upload the jrc.zip package to the
CKAN instance.
CKAN returns for every request an error.

At
/applications/ecodp/users/ecodp/rdf2ckan/work

a test script

call_ckan.sh

and a extracted json file

test.json

is there

./call_ckan.sh test.json

The test script does not accept the json.
