[ECODP-dev] Problematic suggestDatasetForm

Hi Guys,

I noticed something not very good when I was in /data page and tried to
access the suggestDataset with French language.

*Problem 1:*
I had already French, and when I clicked the link Veuillez demander le jeu
de données >> <http://odp.tenforce.com/fr/suggestDataSet>  it failed to
fetch the page. Attached I send the error picture

Going from French to English, I saw the right suggestDataset page.

*Problem 2:*
Going back to French, it gave me instead
http://odp.tenforce.com/fr/suggestDataSet this url:
http://odp.tenforce.com/fr/node/127
