[ECODP-dev] Strange url

Hello,

On our test database, when I searched and retrieved a specific resource,
with this strange url:

http:///en/data/storage/f/2013-03-12T150819/EC-WIFI.txt

the Internet Explorer, exploded.

Off course the kind of url is invalid, and it has been input from a manual
addition of dataset from 1.7 or older version of CKAN,

Can you check that this kind of url can not cause any problems in the
future ?
