Hi Olivier and André,

We are investigating the problem of ODP-244.

As first outcome to this problem we propose to change the configuration of
RDF2CKAN to target directly apache.

Test the next command on the production machine:

curl http://localhost:8008/data/api/action/package_list -d '{}'

If this returns properly the list of datasets in the CKAN, then update the
RDF2CKAN configuration.
In /applications/ecodp/users/ecodp/rdf2ckan/conf/rdf2ckan.properties point
the api calls to

api.create = http://localhost:8008/data/api/action/package_create
api.delete = http://localhost:8008/data/api/action/package_delete
api.update = http://localhost:8008/data/api/action/package_update
api.translate =
http://localhost:8008/data/api/action/term_translation_update_many
api.purge=http://localhost:8008/data/api/action/purge_revision_history

On our test environment, this enabled us to not reproduce the problem,
whereas the original configuration did.
