[ECODP-dev] metadata label update

Hi John and Darwin,

yesterday we had a followup meeting on the ontology modeling. In that we
discussed the metadata field url. Because the field is inserted with URI's
which are not necessary dereferenceable, PO decided to make the visitor
clear that this is a URI and not a URL.

Action: change the label URL to URI for the dataset.

For the rest everything stays the same for this field.
