Hi Bert,

The strings that are referred to in ODP-308 (changing the logo alt text and
html title) are both read from the CKAN config variable ckan.site_title, so
this can be changed immediately by updating this value.

ckan.site_title = European Union Open Data Portal

You will need to restart Apache afterwards, and if caching is enabled then
either clear this or wait for the timeout.
