[ECODP-dev] Jira-300 – unable to edit any datasets

Hi Agnieszka,

We have setup a version of release 00.09.04 for OKF to investigate the
issue and solve the issue.
>From my investigations I've done I have traced it back to the removal of
the https in release 00.09.0x. The removal causes an instability in the
user / roles management.
