[ECODP-dev] namespace migration of existing release 00.09.00 database to release 01.00.00

Hi,

yesterday during the status call, we discussed the migration process from a
database release 00.09.0x to release 01.00.00.

I told there was a script to update the namespace in the ckan fields except
the occurrences in the RDF field.

Darwin proposed to had have this taken into affect by reimporting all
packages. PO informed us they do not have a consolidated collection of
packages to be reimported.

So can you consider to upgrade the process to replace also each occurrence
of
"http://ec.europa.eu/open-data/" with "http://open-data.europa.eu/" inside
the RDF fields.
