[ECODP-dev] namespace migration of existing release 00.09.00 database to release 01.00.00

Hi Bert,

Thanks for your email. It's a shame the PO don't have a record of the
packages.

As you know updating the catalogue record for the existing datasets is
quite a complex piece of work and it's not covered in the specification for
this release. Furthermore this request has come very late in the release
process.

Therefore I think we would need to treat this as a change request if it's
definitely needed. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.
