[ECODP-dev] Problem with Drupal CSS under HTTPS on the test server

Hello,
I was asked to have a look at the NGINX config on the test server to see if
there was anything obvious that was preventing the Drupal CSS from being
fetched when using the SSL port.
I did not see anything that should be a problem in the NGINX config.
However, it seems like the Drupal pages are trying to load insecure (http)
content even when accessed using https, which is now blocked in default by
decent browsers due to obvious security concerns. This can be seen by
viewing the source, or simply looking at the debug messages in Chrome or
Firefox. I'm not sure how these URLs are being generated so someone
familiar with the Drupal setup should take a look at this.
Regards,
John
