[ECODP-dev] RDF template bug

Hi David,

can you validate & commit the following bugfix (see attachement) for the
template custom_read.rdf

ckanext-ecportal/ckanext/ecportal/templates/package

to the right place in the CKAN-ecopd github and sent me then the updated
hash code?

It contains a number of updates to make it proper RDF & inline with the EU
ODP RDF model.
