[ECODP-dev] dateTime handling by CKAN

Hi David,

I came across a definition  vs implementation for CKAN on dateTimes.

According to the definition CKAN supports iso standard dateTime for
modified & issued on distributions.
However the (api?) implementation does not like timezone (Z at the end) and
the milliseconds (.432432432 at the end).

The last case is "problematic" as the custom_read.rdf produces the
milliseconds, but the api will block this info on upload.

Can you clarify and inform us about what is actually allowed?
