Yes indeed it does make a lot of sense. I have added you both to the editor
group.

Here's the current process for posting news (as long as we are in the
current cms):

Go to http://epsiplatform.eu/epsiplatform_admin/news/news

To make a new news item, select 'news' in the drop down menu at the bottom
of the page, and click 'create here'.

Title, and Short title, need to be the same. Keep it short and to the point.
Intro: one sentence with the essence. (This shows up in the right side bar
on the front page, have a look. It's why this really needs to be a short
sentence, or it will look like a whole bunch of text on the front page)

Source: where you got it. Something like 'domain.com via Joe Average' etc.

Body has the following format:

City, date month in text 2011 (all in bold)
(by yourname)

text of message.

Enable comments needs to be selected.
At 'countries' select 'add' and add the country that is pertinent. If it's
the EU, choose Europe. Outside of Europe choose 'international'
At 'themes' select 'add' and select those of the few themes mentioned which
apply.
Keywords: comma separated tags of your own choosing.
