[epsi-coord] planning and budget conference

Dear all,

In the dropbox you will find the updated excel sheet ('planning document
conference') on the conference, holding the detailed planning (worksheet
'planning') and an overview of the offers I received from the three
potential venues (worksheet 'budget').

I kindly request you to study them, as I would like to walk through during
the next CC. As the event is likely to become quite substantial, we will
need to divide work. Also, like I said before, if we want to stick to one of
these locations, we need additional funding.

In any case, I am sure we can turn this into a big success and I am looking
forward to work on this. I wish you a great, successful and above all
healthy 2012.
