I have made a suggestion for the agenda for the advisory board next week. This agenda should be sent out as soon as possible, so could you all make your suggestions before tomorrow afternoon, so we can decide and divide tasks when we talk tomorrow?

practical question: how to organise awards, who to involve, how to disseminate?

practical question: who to target for conference, speakers + participants, workshops?

round-up, future planning and close of the meeting


Another question: do we send the AB the proposal, so they know more about the background or not?
