[epsi-coord] OpenCamp in Bulgaria

Hi all,

there is an event called OpenCamp taking place in Bulgaria in June. I have
send them an e-mail to ask if they are interested to work with us (Mission
meeting style). As this is Bulgaria it may also be useful to help them with
a small budget to make it happen. Maybe there is also some contact with them
