[epsi-coord] Interesting thesis, possibly basis for a Topic Report / Some interesting remarks about TNO

yeah Stef mentioned his drafts weren't well received at all by his prof. So
he rewrote most of it in last three weeks. They gave him a 9.5 in the end.
So maybe that warrants another look at the doc. I'll put it on my reading
list.
