yeah Stef mentioned his drafts weren't well received at all by his prof. So he rewrote most of it in last three weeks. They gave him a 9.5 in the end. So maybe that warrants another look at the doc. I'll put it on my reading list.
best,
Ton

Hi guys,
I have actually read and commented on a draft of his thesis. It is thin. It focusses mostly on infrastructure and is scientifically... feeble.
The review of his literature might be very interesting as a topic report!
I have not heard about the tool...
Kind regards
Tom

sign and business model for Dutch public and geo-spatial data is presented. Furthermore the implications of a governmental open data policy on the business case of various stakeholders that work with public and geo-spatial transport data is examined. "
It's a BA of course, and a quick glance at the data/material gathering phase looks maybe a bit thin, apart from one important thing: Stef worked through several thousands pages of (recent) literature on the subject. A synthesis of that lit review may actually be a good topic report?
He also said something I will ask him more about: TNO is supposed to have a tool to help establish legal/tech/privacy risks of a singular dataset quickly?
