[epsi-coord] Case summary Farm subsidies

Dear all,

I have attempted a case summary for the farm subsidies case, not the easiest one to start with...

Marc, does this (kind of) fit into the format you envisioned? I think it's a bit too technical, unfortunately I can't seem to explain this one any clearer.  Should be easier with the competition cases...
