[epsi-coord] discussing time allocation

hi all,

Through the haze I forgot to mention the most important point of my update
earlier.

I'd like to have some more discussion on the time allocation we discussed
early October in The Hague.

Two points in that context:

With the role as public face and the website I've been burning a lot of
hours (55hrs in the 5 days around the launch of the site alone, current
total is 720 hours, or 90 working days) So I think we need to have a closer
look at exactly how the website-budget we have is being used up (as we also
hired outside help).

I didn't pay full attention apparently when we re-allocated the project
mgmt hours.
The relevant info is in line 20 and 21 of the 'fees' sheet in our EPSI
planning spreadsheet. I thought I went from 9 (line 21) to 24, and failed
to realize that this includes what was already in line 20. So effectively I
got 9 more days there, whereas Zenc added 16 days. Now I get why Marc asked
a few times if that wasn't a lopsided division. I'd like to discuss that a
bit more when I get back from Helsinki mid next week.
