[epsi-coord] Update, conversation Juan

Hi Tom,

as agreed I will share a first draft of the TR on Traffic Data later
today alongside with the draft of a TR description for Juan.

@Tom, I am available for the Scoreboard Session Tuesday and Wednesday
in the morning or Friday all day.
