[epsi-coord] Updated Technical report

Hi Ton,

I took a quick look, and have only a few small comments:

·         On page 4 (progress table), the third column (Target for 01 Nov
2011) should ideally be made a little wider, or alternatively the font in
the table should be made a little smaller; a word like ‘Calendar’ should be
able to fit on one line.

·         On page 5 (last line on the Legal case reviews), I’d drop the
phrase ‘Will more closely also follow complaint procedures and take fresh
looks at some existing cases’. I think it’s enough to just say ‘6
additional cases lined up for production,

·         bringing us on and above target again’, without specifying where
we’ll go looking for those six cases in this table.

Other than those points, this looks like a good job to me!

I've adapted and edited the Technical Report in the way we discussed
yesterday in the conference call. It's available as a PDF in our dropbox.
Please have a look at it if you can this afternoon and send your last
remarks to me. I want to send it to Juan tomorrow morning at the latest (as
that is 30 november).
