[epsi-coord] Conference dates

Hi all,

I have e-mailed Juan asking about the dates. A reaction will probably come
tomorrow morning (on Friday's he seems to work through a large part of his
inbox).

Meanwhile I found out that on April 20th there will be an open data
conference in Eindhoven. Basically a local event, but with a national aim of
bringing other local open data initiatives in the Netherlands together. So
we may need to drop the 20th as a possible option.
